Adam appeared to be the best, he caught three chubs awarded with score, the largest of them was 46 cm long!
This year’s edition of the competition was exceptional to us, not only because we became familiar with a new fishery, we caught fish and most of all due to the fact that we had an opportunity to become one of the sponsors of the national event with 164 competitors participating.
During the briefing we learnt that the sponsors were also entitled to participate in the competition. We have never had a chance to angle in the Wkra river, therefore it was a great challenge to us, but we soon managed to develop an angling strategy and enjoy the first fish caught.

This is an awesome feeling when you take a few proven baits to the water, a large amount of trust and your head full of ideas and positive thinking, after which it appears that you can angle effectively, like a piece of cake, without any great preparations or training.
After we finished angling it appeared that the fish caught by Adam allowed him to be the winner! We are impressed with the competition, so we give our cordial thanks to all the people committed in organising the event. We thank the competitors who arrived on the Wkra banks to, on the occasion of the competition, cultivate the passion, friendship and respect to fish.
